- Translate coverage gaps into specific fractional shift requests (e.g. Thu 15:00–19:00, 0.1 FTE).
- Track internal float pool and PRN availability against those gaps.
- Model the cost difference between a fractional internal shift and an agency day.
- Produce a credentialing and competency checklist per gap type.
- Export a coverage request that HR and finance can act on.
